• 3-hour minimum per session
• Hourly Services: $65/hour
  • additional $30/hour per additional staff member requested
• Payment is due at the end of each session before your organizing team leaves.
• Any tools purchased for the project or parking fees are charged to the client.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to appointment shall incur a cancellation fee.
• Our business hours are Mon-Sat 9am-5pm. There is a surcharge for hourly services rendered outside of normal business hours.

During the project, Ursa Organization staff may be in contact with personal items and information. Ursa Organization agrees not to divulge any of this information and to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and respect for the client’s possessions and home. 

 Once items leave the home for donation or discarding, they are no longer the possession of the client. Items taken from the home for donation or discarding are not able to be returned to the client or the home. 

 By completing the online booking process and submitting the booking deposit, the client grants permission to Ursa Organization to take and use: photographs, videos and/or digital images of the client’s space for use in marketing materials, news releases and/or educational materials. These materials might include printed or electronic publications, social media sites, web sites or other electronic communications. The client authorizes the use of these images without compensation. All negatives, prints, and digital reproductions shall be the property of Ursa Organization. All photographs will be anonymous and have no information about the client. 

 By completing the online booking process and submitting the booking deposit, the client agrees that Ursa Organization shall not be responsible for any damages (whether compensatory, direct, indirect, actual, special, punitive, incidental, consequential or otherwise), any losses (whether loss of or damage to property, loss of data, loss of use, loss of income or profit, or loss of any kind), personal injury, claims of third parties, or other claim or liability of any kind, including those resulting from discarding or destroying of any personalities or records (physical, digital, or otherwise).
